WHAT IS FASTLANE 50?
Wickedbodz owner/founder Mark Mathie has developed the Gold Coast's most revolutionary training format Fastlane50.
This groundbreaking new total body training method takes you through an intense circuit that involves multiple exercises specifically tailored to help you reach your fitness goals.
Fastlane50 sessions are fully customisable to to cater for everyones schedule. Whether your looking for a 20 minute quick burst, 30 or 40 minute all body strength and cardio blast through to our complete 50 minute session. Our sessions do not go longer than 50 minutes as they are designed to be done at maximumfknintensity. Any longer and you haven't gone hard enough!
Fastlane50 sessions can be can be done in the comfort of your own home, as a group at the Gold Coasts number 1 fitness centre Wickedbodz and on special occasions we will take you to the well known main beaches of Surfers Paradise.
Fastlane50 sessions can be structured to be bodyweight only (Zero Equipment) through to the use of resistance and cardio equipment like resistance bands, dumbells, kettlebells, assault bikes, rowers and spin bikes.
Fastlane50 exercises are functional strength based with high repetition of each exercise and correct form the focus rather then heavy weight. If you think of a repetition being currency your objective is to fill your bank up at the end of a session.
Fastlane50 sessions cater for multiple fitness types from beginner to professional athlete all we ask is you give 100%. You get out what you put in.
Fastlane Fighter! Mark has evolved the Fastlane50 concept to also incorporate Boxing and MMA training methods for the new Fastlane Fighter sessions. These sessions follow the same framework as Fastlane50 and are fully customisable. The members at Wickedbodz are enjoying these new sessions and are really ripping in and working at #MaximumFKNintensity.
